Total time:
Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • 1 stick of butter (I use I can't Believe it's Not Butter) ½ cup
  • 1⅓ cup all purpose flour
  • dash of sea salt
  • ¼ cup chilled water
Instructions
  1. I used a potato masher to blend the butter, flour and salt.
  2. Once the flour mixture is crumbly, gradually add the chilled water and ball up.
  3. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  5. Roll out the dough over a dusting of flour.
  6. Add filling.
  7. I made an apple pie roll (long and slender rolled pie).
  8. Prick with a fork across the top.
  9. Bake until flaky and light golden in color.
