Roasted Garlic Spread

Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 head/bulb of garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325F.
- Cut the top layer off of the head of garlic. You should be able to see a little of each clove of garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the top with salt.
- Bake uncovered in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Toss in the food processor and blend with mayonnaise.
- Store in the fridge.

Keeps for one week in the fridge stored in an air tight container.
