Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1 cup arugula or greens of your choice
- 8-10 baby carrots, cut into thin slivers
- 2 tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 lemon
- sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the veggie ingredients and toss!
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt, pepper and sunflower seeds.
