Freshly made french fries with parmasan cheese and truffle oil!
Garlic Truffle Cheese Fries

We used to get fries like this at our favorite lounge in Los Angeles. Now that we live in New England, we've learned to recreate some of our favorite CA things.
Ingredients
- 4-6 Russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp. truffle oil
- ¼ cup shredded Parmasan
- 1 tsp. parsley
- sea salt to taste
- Veggie oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the deep fryer or get a deep pan ready with oil.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes.
- Slice them into long strip type fries.
- Fry until crispy.
- Strain.
- Drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with Parmasan, parsley and a dash of salt.
- Serve immediately!
