These little meatball sandwiches are just the thing to serve at your next party or fun dinner idea!
Mini TurChicken Meatball Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, shredded
- 1 small white or red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- oil for frying
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce (24 oz.)
- 8 oz. bag of shredded mozzarella
- 2 dozen small soft rolls
Instructions
- Mix the turkey, chicken, chopped onion, garlic, salt, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Shape the meatballs to fit the size of your bun well. you can even flatten the ball a little to fit the bun better.
- Once you have all of the meatballs made.
- Give them a quick fry on the stove.
- Place the balls on a deep baking sheet spaced apart (slightly).
- Paint the meatballs with about half of the jar of sauce.
- Reserve the rest for the sandwiches.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle them with cheese.
- Bake another 2-3 minutes.
- Heat the sauce
- Warm the buns.
- Arrange the sandwiches with one meatball, a little drizzling of sauce.
- Enjoy!
