Perfect for a special dessert of even a Valentine's Day gift!
  • 1 lb. or one crate of fresh strawberries
  • 8-10 oz. chocolate milk or dark chocolate of your choice
  • 1 tbsp. butter, softened
  • ¼ cup white chocolate for drizzling
  • sprinkles or crushed nuts for garnish, optional
  1. Rinse the strawberries and dry with paper towels. Make sure to remove all water before dipping in chocolate.
  2. Melt the chocolate in 20 second increments until it is creamy and smooth. Because chocolate burns so easily, this is an important step.
  3. Mix in the butter until it has melted.
  4. Stir.
  5. Dip the strawberry and place on a sheet of wax paper.
  6. Once the chocolate coat has dried, melt the white chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the top in a side to side motion.
  7. Return berries to the wax paper, refrigerate covered.
